<p><strong>Final update (1:30 PM.T):</strong> Problem Resolved</p>
<p><strong>Problem reported:</strong> Mar 14<br />
<strong> Total downtime believed to be:</strong> Mar 10 to Mar 16 (5 days)<br />
<strong> Outcome:</strong> All E-Mails were lost. E-Mails were bounced back to the user.</p>

<p>Update #14 at (1:22 PM.T) - I have now sent an e-mail to the list Announcing to members that we are now back online.</p>
<p>Update #13 at (1:18 PM.T) - I have <strong><span style="font-weight: normal;">removed</span></strong> the mailing list&#8217;s Emergency moderation Feature.</p>
<p>Update #12 at (12:48 PM.T) &#8211; Have deleted all the test messages that were sent to the list.</p>
<p>Update #11 at (12:21 PM.T) &#8211; I can confirm the Mailing List is now working, No more bounce messages. I will be bringing the mailing list back online shortly.</p>
<p>Update #10 at (12:13 PM.T) - MacHighway Has identified the problem and it is fixed now running tests to confirm</p>
<p>Update #9 at (11:39 AM.T) - is now reading MacHighway&#8217;s response to our support ticket. (Right on schedule) And more answers shortly.</p>
<p>Update #8 at (11:39 PM.M) - Remember are <a href="http://www.gmug.org.au/facebook/">Facebook</a>, <a href="http://www.gmug.org.au/twitter/">Twitter</a> is where up to the minute information regarding the group can be found if you&#8217;re on social networking websites please consider joining our page or following us.</p>
<p>Update #7 at (11:14 PM.M) - Remember we also have a <a href="http://gmug.org.au/forums/index.php">Members Only Area</a> where there is a <a href="http://gmug.org.au/forums/index.php?board=1.0">General Discussion Board</a>, Where members can discuss anything. Members of the group are welcome to use this in the meantime.</p>
<p>Update #6 at (2:10 PM.S) - No response yet, But as it is a weekend in the US still. We may not get a response into Tuesday As support only deals with emergency or high priority problems on weekends. </p>
<p>And I do not consider this a high priority. !</p>
<p>Update #5 at (12:03 PM.S) - Support ticket confirmation received</p>
<p>Update #4 at (11:59 PM.S) &#8211; E-mail to MacHighway technical support sent</p>
<p>Update #3 at (11:42 PM.S) - I now can confirm that it is a problem I am unable to fix and I am contacting MacHighway&#8217;s technical support. (GMUG)&#8217;s Web Host</p>
<p>Update #2 at (11:33 PM.S) &#8211; I have activated the mailing list&#8217;s Emergency moderation Feature.<strong> <span style="font-weight: normal;">To prevent duplicate e-mails from showing up when the list goes back online</span></strong></p>
